I have a contact with a unique category linked to a project. Although many contacts may be linked to the project, there will always only be one linked contact with this particular category. I want to pull info from that contact into a HUD. Is that possible?

The short answer is yes, if you want to show conditionally (based on if a category equals some value) a set of extra dates/fields for a contact.

Now I am assuming you want to be looking at a project and have the HUD show the "key" contact for the project.

So you would have to find links that are contacts and for each contact test to see if it has the category you want and then extract the fields from the contact you want.

If you download some of the HUDS and look inside the package contents (Ctrl-Click) you will see a Template.html file. Similar things are done to get a contacts key organization etc.

That is exactly what I want to do. I checked around but didn't see anything but I'll look at the organization HUDs. I have looked at the FTP Login and Notes HUDs and your extra fields HUD.
