Is there a plug-in or a 3rd party software that will allow me to target prospects who are neighbor to my contacts and organizations?

Each time we service a contact or organization in our database, I would like to automatically generate a list or letter that that will be mailed to the home or business owner that is on each of my clients and across the street.

I am wanting expand our business by establish credibility with a cold market by letting them know their neighbor is our client.
