Hey guys.... how about a MapQuest widget? Somewhere to place a link to a MapQuest map for the location of a contact that can be clicked on to see the map.

I made one a while back for Google Maps that displayed the actual map inside the widget window. I worked on it during the Daylite 3 beta so it could probably use some tweaking and cleanup but if you'd like it let me know.

Theodore - that sounds like what I'm looking for! I've never used Google Maps, but I'm sure it's the same. Whenever you get a chance, I'd sure appreciate it.

I believe there's also a nice GoogleMap widget on this site:

I've been using the GoogleMap widget for a while now and it works fine, except that GoogleMaps doesn't appear to work as well as MapQuest. I've run across several addresses it can't find.

So.. I'm asking again for a Widget that links to MapQuest rather than GoogleMaps... or is there a way to edit the GoogleMap widget to access MapQuest?

I'm using this widget in the UK, or at least trying to, but am having very little success.

Is there anyway of editing the widget so it works for UK addresses as well?

Same here trying to use in Switzerland; a way to define what fields are passed to Google Maps would be great!
