We've been using DayLite as our sales CRM tool for several years. Note that we are a production studio. To communicate with clients, we use an email helpdesk (Kayako). We would love to be able to use DayLite instead. Ideally, we would want to:

• Send an email from an opportunity or project, not just from an org or contact as it is now
• Have mail.app insert the opportunity or project name and/or ID into the subject line
• When a client replies, have the mail.app DMI recognize the subject line and attach it automatically to the right opportunity or project.

Without this option, DayLite cannot be used as a full CRM.
Another suggestion could be to create a public http interface that would allow clients to insert comments or notes directly into the server-based database.
Anyway, I'm sure this is too big a request, but it would be worth lots to lots of us, I'm sure.
Please note that I have put this in the plugin/widget section but, ideally, this would be core functionality.
