The company I work for uses QuickBase CRM by intuit (as does 30 of the fortune 100); Quickbase allows me to import any Tab or Comma delimited formated file into their CRM.
Meaning, they allow anyone that can export from their XLS, DOC, TXT file that would normally contain the CRM info, the ability to map their file to import directly into Quickbase..
This is a nice feature, I can continue to use what ever means I need or feel comfortable in and they allow me to import that data into their CRM tool as long as I can export in a TAB or COMMA delimited file and not have to redundantly type all information and activities all over again...
How hard would it be to export an opportunity like print out to a tab or comma delimited file?
