Dont know if this is the right place, but I would like the possibility to schedule tasks, so that they show up on my calendar - but in a way that clearly distincts them from appointments.

It would greatly increase the time management, I think.

Just in case you aren't aware of it, you can choose from among 7 types of appointments. Then there is a unique "badge" in the corner as it appears on the calendar.

I personally don't see why it is necessary to schedule "tasks" in this way. If it has to happen at a certain time, why isn’t it an event on the calendar, just as a meeting would be? I'm not meaning to criticize here, just trying to underestand.

As you are aware, this program does not allow you to view tasks in the calendar just in the same way you see appointments. Your workflow may be different from other users so you will notice that this is one of many parts of this program that you cannot customize to address your specific time management needs. The current procedure is a "work around" meaning if you find a process of figuring out how to see tasks in calendar please let other users know. I would suggest that you send your suggestion in for a "feature request" but this has been requested numerous times for years but never made available.
