Yes, I would agree that that's a feature my company could use.

Yes a full MYOB connection would be good but I guess it depends on what info you need.
If you can cope with just the contact/company name plus phone, email and address then you can easily do it now.

1. If you export a contact or contacts from Daylite as a vCard file then it is simply a drag and drop into MYOB because MYOB uses vCard format to store data.

2. With 3.5 onward AddressBook synchronisation means that you can place contacts into the sync list. A few moments later they appear in AddressBook. Then you simply drag those you need into MYOB. Speeds my day up no end!

3. MYOB version 16 also synchronises with AddressBook. So in theory you can take contacts from Daylite into AddressBook via Syn and then use the Sync in MYOB to bring them into MYOB.
Great care should be taken though. You can easily cause a real mess with duplicate contacts if you already have data in AddressBook and MYOB. Always Back-up both applications before you attempt this.

What we need is a proper API from MYOB to do with same with MYOB (or QuickBooks). Inform MYOB or Intuit that you want Daylite integration. Maybe we can raise the priority of the API on their end

BTW - I should add that I don't think synchronization is a good idea! What you want is a "push" or a "pull" where the user (hopefully someone smart) controls the movement of the data in either direction.

Would be much more useful if it "integrated" more than just contact info. As Bill said above, that was already fairly easy before.

What is really needed is a way to get time tracking data from a multi-user environment such as Daylite into a full, cost-based analysis accounting package such as AccountEdge.
