1) Task status: Can you change the values for task status? It would be great to have this ability. For instance: I use tasks as for my to-do list including phone calls. So when I leave someone a message it would be nice to have a status option "Left Message". This way on my contact task list I can quickly see if I spoke with someone, left a message, attempted, etc.
2) When scheduling new tasks DL3.0 has 2 date areas 1) due date and 2) reminder date. Why not just have a due date and a reminder drop down (5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 day, 1 week, etc.) This would make it significantly easier to schedule tasks.
3) In the task date/time fields there is no way to select a time you must type it in. It would be more efficient to have a time select pop up...similar to ACT

What does a time select pop-up look like? I don't think I've come across one.

ACT is a strong program that DL is trying to emulate. DL does have some features that are better than ACT (ie-Mail & reporting), however the scheduling, tasks, and calendar should be emulated.
