I'm a brand new user... just purchased Billings and Billings Touch.
I created a few slips in Billings Touch during my evaluation and then prior to putting it into production, deleted the app and data and then reinstalled. I added in production data but noticed that the Home screen had too big a value for hours worked and couldn't figure out why. I synced data from Billings Touch to Billings and after looking around finally found that I could see a "rogue" slip for 8 hours in the Activity By Client Report. It's listed there under a client called <Null>. Any ideas on how to fix the database? Thanks, Owen This message has been edited. Last edited by: OD, |
