I'm sure this is a dumb question for the very reason that I can't find anyone else asking it, but I really have looked throughout the support site and manual.

I have my billing preferences set to 30 minute increments. When I have a slip for say 1:08, Billings wants me to invoice my client for and hour and a half. Any way I can fine tune the rounding so it rounds down rather than up? Or do I just have to mess with the time logs? I tried resetting to 60 minute increments and even after restarting billings, the amount stayed the same.
