Well... your response does not align with your actions dear Customer Support. Please scroll back to my post dated February 2007! Almost two years later there's still no hint of a multi-currency function in your app. So much for 'listening to customers.' As I said, the buck stopped at version 3 for me.

We can only hope and pray!.. Bllings is already a killer app. This feature alone would make it indespensible to SO MANY small businesses.

I believe now they are seriously taking it into consideration. Hopefully they realize their is world outside their borders whereby many different currencies are being used! Sorry, that was sarcastic but could not help myself smile

gryphonent, you must understand that we cannot implement all the features that all of our customers want. Some things must come before others. But I think you are right that multi-currency is something we have overlooked for too long and we are realizing that mistake by an overwhelming response from customers and potential customers. Even so, we want to make sure that when we add multi-currency, we do it right. That is why we are asking for your input to make sure that we accommodate the range of needs for this feature.

Adding multi-currency support is a straight-forward thing for a billing app (more complex for an accounting app). You select a base currency and provide an option in the billing section to have the invoice/quote in another currency, which translates back into the home currency within Billings at a set exchange rate per invoice/quote. Simple. No need for updating automatically. All most of us need is a simple solution to bill/quote in another currency and then indicate how much that bill/quote translates into our home currency.

Let's hope I don't have to wait another 2 years before you get going on this.

Thanks for the feedback. Multi-currency is high on our to-do list. If anyone has more feedback regarding multi-currency please post it in this thread. Thanks.
