How do you show 1 payment for multiple projects in a statement? At the moment it lists every project with it's payment. My clients are making 1 payment for several projects each month and there's no need to list payments individually

I am not sure I understand what you mean. A statement does not really show projects - it shows invoices. An invoice might be for multiple projects or just one project. When you enter a payment, you specify which invoices that payment applies to, which could just be one invoice or multiple invoices. Each payment will only show up once on the statement, but will list all the invoice numbers it applies to.
If I am not understanding you and there is still a problem, could you send a screenshot of the statement in question and point out the problem you are having? |

OK, I see how to add payments to more than 1 invoice, but I have to manually add the selected invoices up, otherwise billings is only adding a payment for the amount of the invoice at the top of the list

That's true. The user experience while entering a payment should probably be improved.
Thanks for the feedback. |
