I've paid for a Billings license through PayPal 4 days ago and I haven't receive my activation code or any notification about Marketcircle receiving my payment.
I've read this: http://www.billings2.com/support/article.php?id=023 and this: http://www.billings2.com/support/article.php?id=024 And I've also tried this form: http://mgage.marketcircle.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MCStore.woa/wa/findLicense With no positive results. Could someone help me out please? I understand that this is no place for technical support, but I'm running out of options here. Thanks in advance, Mariano |

Thanks for your recent purchase. I noticed in our records that an email was sent to you by our web store on the date that you purchased the software (Date: January 21, 2008 2:05:41 PM GMT-05:00). It's possible that this email from our webstore was blocked by your spam/junk mail filter. Aside from this post you filled in a support web form request (http://www.marketcircle.com/kb/contact.php) on the 25th of January and I have replied with a copy of the transaction record from the 21st including your license code for Billings. Hope this helps! *A note to anyone who's recently purchased a license and not received it. Kindly email < info (at) marketcircle . com > and we will check our records to quickly retrieve your license.* These days we're all inundated with spam and everyone's filters are on high alert. It's very easy for emails to get blocked or flagged as junk. We've particularly noticed this with domains like 'att.net , gmail.com , aol.com'. |
