Hello, is $49 the price with the $10 discount that's noted on the webpage or without? Just wanted to ask because I haven't seen it noted anywhere.

Depends where you live.
If you go to http://store.marketcircle.com, it will direct you to the right place. If you are in Europe, you should be paying in Euro (including the appropriate VAT). If you are in the UK, you should be paying in Sterling Pounds (including appropriate VAT). For anywhere else in the World, you pay in US dollars. In Europe, we have to collect VAT and that accounts for some of the price difference. |

Croatia is not in the European Union so VAT doesn't apply for us, and I prefer paying in dollars rather than euros. That's how it is with all shops I buy from anyway. |

What is your upgrading pricing policy? I would like clarification: On the billings product page it says "Save $10 by buying Billings 2 during the beta period. It's a free upgrade for existing customers" Will this be the case in the future? Thanks.

Billings 2 is a free upgrade for Billings 1.x customers.

VAT does not explain the price difference. I live in Germany and have just purchased Billings2 and paid 73.65 US$ (KAGI receipt). I have a registered European VAT-ID#, which I entered during purchase so this is the price WITHOUT VAT - with VAT it would have been 19% more (~87,65 US$), almost 150% the US price. |
