I really need to delete multiple clients, and add multiple clients. Can anyone please tell me how to do this in Billings. I'm very new to the program. Thanks.

Currently there is no method of deleting or adding multiple clients.

I have added it to our feature requests.

I'm just curious as to why you would like to delete clients from your Billings database?

Because I didn't set it up right in the beginning, when it asked to import clients. Is there a way to do the initial process again? I haven't started using this yet. Thanks.

To remove ALL clients from billings and their associated data do the following:

• exit the Billings application
  
• open address book and move the contacts out of the Billings group
  
• go to the directory User -> Library -> Application Support -> Billings
  
• delete the Database folder (*** please note this will delete the client and ALL their data including current slips and previous invoices)
  
• launch Billings
  

How to add multiple contacts that are in your address book:

• close Billings
  
• launch Address Book
  
• move the contacts from the "All" group to the "Billings" group
  
• launch Billings
