Hi

I'm new so this might be a silly question, If I mess up an invoice and delete it how can I reuse the missing invoice number? I have a number of theses, is there any way to go back and use them?

Go to the menu Billings -> Preferences -> Numbering

Right after you have created the invoice and then deleted it go to the preferences and move back the Next Invoice number back one number so you can reuse it.

How it works: Each time you create an invoice is adds 1 to that number in the Numbering Preferences.
