Im looking for a way to add more custom text to a estimate or invoice.
All of my estimates have a "Scope of work", "Assumptions", "Agreement" and "Conditions" fields, which most of the times are unique to each job.

I am currently using the comment box to enter the scope of work and it works fine but I have no space to enter the rest of the fields just because they are several paragraphs long.

Im a bit frustrated now after 2 days of trying to find a solution to this, I've been desperately trying to find a way to use notes or something similar to enter all that info and then link it to the template. That would be awesome. But i cant figure it out.
Please some help would be greatly appreciated .

You could have "Sope of work", "Assumptions", "Agreement" and "Conditions" as Project notes.

Then you could have a page to display all individual notes. Formatting would be limited to heading + content but it is feasible.
