I run a computer repair business. I have two main scenarios. I have a contract client that I work for regularly and bill bi-weekly and I have occasional clients that call for help or drop off their computers to have repaired.
What I am wondering is... For the regular bill every two week contract client do I make one project and invoice out of it every two weeks or create a new project for each two week period. I am leaning toward having one project and growing/adding to it throughout the year. It is always the same kind of project - computer instruction. Any concerns with this approach? I hope my question makes sense!?! |

It is entirely dependent on how you want to organize things, but sticking to a single project sounds like the best way to go.
Billings also supports "Recurring Invoices" so you can set one up for that client. Unfortunately, it looks like it only supports monthly or greater periods, though. |
