I am very new to Billings so need some help please.
I have fixed price jobs, 50% at start and 50% on completion. I want to track my time see how much is spent on each job. What is the best way to invoice the job and record my time? Thanks Penny |

If you are going to charge the same price regardless of how much time you are spending i suggest you create a slip that indicates the first 50% send that off in the first invoice. Then you can create a timed slip set your hourly rate to 0 just so you can log the time without having the slip charge the client and send that with the other 50% in the second invoice. Hope this helps.
