Hi all,

When I started using Billings I created new Projects for every job I did and would create Slips to correspond to each particular job. After invoicing I would mark the Project as complete and move the the next one.

I have one client that I create weekly newspaper ads for. I have a bunch of projects all named, for example, "July week 1 ad", July week 2 ad" etc. I didn't know at the beginning that I could invoice certain slips in a project and not others, or that I could add slips to a Project after I had invoiced the contained slips.

Now I have a list of projects that is becoming quite long. In a slap myself on the forehead moment, I realized that I should have created one project titled "Weekly Newspaper Ads" and then create slips for each week. I could then invoice at the end of the month and keep creating new slips for the following month.

What I'd like to know is if there's a way to take all those invoiced slips from those old completed projects and move them into my new "Weekly Newspaper Ads" project? I'd like to be able to delete all those "weekly" projects I created at first and be left with just the one.

Ideas?
