I had a client that paid me on the spot request an invoice that said, "Paid" on it.

Is there a way to generate that kind of invoice?

We don't have a way to do that yet, but it has been requested by a number of customers. We will definitely consider it for a future update or release.

For now, you could send them a statement over a particular date range, to show them the invoice and payment.

About the Paid stamp on the statements/invoices, it's great to see that in Billings 3, but can I print that out, showing paid? Or email it?

If not, this would be a great feature.

Yes, I would find this very helpful as well, since many of my clients ask for some sort of receipt for their payment.

What I like is the Receipt slips that get created when a payment is registered, it would be great to be able to export those. I am currently taking screen shots of those.

As for stamping the invoices with a PAID stamp, that can be done in Adobe Acrobat Professional using the markup tools, if you happen to have that program installed on your computer. You can even custom create stamps.
