Hello there,
When I bought Billings a couple of months ago, I made my own template for my invoices. Normally I send my invoices by mail, but with a new service I have been working on, I need to send my invoices by email as well. When I create an invoice with my template, it works perfect, but when I try to put an background image in the pdf with Acrobat Professional, it doesn't work because de background of my template is white. Is there an possibility to remove the white background in the PDF? Thanks in advance. Yours Sincerely, Jesper Avôt Avôt Internet Diensten BV PS: I don't prefer 2 templates of the background already in the template, since I have printed paper when sending by mail and I have multiple backgrounds |

Hi Jesper
Unfortunately there is no way to remove the white background. However, you can put the background image right in the template in Billings. Just choose Design > Edit Template, choose the template you want to edit (or design a new one using commands in the same menu), then drag your image in. Use the "Arrange > Send Backwards" command over and over to move your image behind everything else. HTH, adam |

Hello Adam,
Thanks for the fast response. The solution you provided me with, works indeed, but doubles my templates. Since there is no other way I will use it, but hopefully you can built in this tiny feature in the future. Again, thanks for the fast response. Yours Sincerely, Jesper Avôt Avôt Internet Diensten BV |

any news about this issue? It's quite annoying creating 2 invoices/estimates and manually change the invoice/estimate number every time.
