I'm hoping some one can help me. I'm evaluating Daylite and Billings for the design studio I work at.

At the moment we use Excel to track expenses generated for each project we work on. Each project has a number (e.g 123) and each expense has that project number followed by a unique suffix. For example 123/001 Would be the first expense on project number 123.

It's important to give out these references to suppliers etc to track our orders. Additionally, we would record any reference numbers given to us by service providers.

I can't find anyway to record these and then show them in a list view, but surely other users must be doing this?

Can anyone help me out?...
