Can someone point me to a thread or explain the billing increments to me? I have it set to one-minute at $40 for a project. I understand that it is for every minute. This results in odd-cents and I would like to have the bill an even dollar amount based on this hourly rate. I changed it to a 15-minute interval at $40 and then it only counts off every 15-minutes... so what happens if I only worked 12?

Also, it seems this can only be set for ALL clients. How do I change this per client?

At 15 minute intervals and $40/hour you would be charging your client $10 for any work that takes you between 0 and 15 minute, $20 for 16 to 30 minutes, $30 for 31 to 45 minutes and $40 for anything between 46 and 60 minutes. At 61 minutes you would be billing them $50.

If you think 15 minute intervals are too long you can shorten it. But to make it easier make sure your hourly rate is evenly divisible by your interval time. In your case you would be best to bill in either 3, 6, 15 minutes
