Hi,
Is there any way invoices or reports templates can be edited using the design function to show logged times and comments on a working slip? Also how do you get slip categories to display on invoices and templates? Every time I try to select 'Slip category' when editing a template and then run a test I get an error message. Not sure where I am going wrong?? Thanks! This message has been edited. Last edited by: Howdy, |

Hi again,
Regarding my previous query, I have worked out how to show logged comments on a report, but I am still wondering if there is a token key or fscript that will give us the hours logged for a 'log entry'? I am also still experiencing problems when selecting 'Slip category' when editing a report template - eg I selected the token key 'parent.reportData.object.categoryName' in a dynamic text area in an activity report for a slip and the result is an error as opposed to one of the categories we have added to the category field on a working slip. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated, thank you. |

Hi all,
I have found the fscript for showing the hours logged in the 'Detailed timed and flat' report. I wanted to have a different layout for that report so just copied the dynamic text box containing the fscript and all worked well. I am still having problems with the 'Slip category' though, so if anyone has any thoughts it would be appreciated. Thanks |

The slip category problem should be fixed in the next maintenance release of Billings 2. You'll be able to re-add the token and it should work fine.
