Are Xcode 3.1 XIB Interface Builder files compatible/useable in Daylite Plug-in development?

If yes, are there any caveats or things to avoided doing?

We target the 10.4 SDK when we build Daylite (we still a lot of users on Tiger), so XIB's will likely *not* work. (I say "likely" because the runtime is dynamic...)

The 10.4 SDK target is understandable. XCode 3.2 supports setting the project to 10.4 SDK. And the Interface Builder apparently has a save as NIB (2.x).
