Well I thought maybe it was just me, but I re-downloaded the dev kit - and I'm unable to open the DayliteCommandPlugin.xcodeproj file in the Xcode templates folder. I've tried 2 machines, Xcode 2.1 and 2.4, and still no love. Just:
Project /Users/eoc/Desktop/DayliteDeveloperKit3/Xcode Templates/Daylite/Daylite Menu Command Plugin/DayliteCommandPlugin.xcodeproj cannot be opened because the project file cannot be parsed. Hmmm. Thanks! -E |

I believe you have to install the template in a particular folder e.g. Library/Application Support/Apple ... XCode or somesuch.
Even so I couldn't get it to work either. Apparently based on the dates of these posts and lack of response there appears to be little to no developer activity. |

Oh no, I just needed to read the directions - the template is fine, it was just user error.
And it has been part of a little bit of development, at least on my side. |

Good! Glad the instructions to install the template worked.

How do you get the Template to show up in Xcode 3 on Leopard? I put it in the correct location, but it doesn't show up as a template option.

Never mind. I found the new location for Xcode 3 templates:
/Developer/Library/Xcode/Project Templates |
