I am finishing a plugin to batch create projects or opportunities given a selection set of Contacts/Groups/Organizations. It also allows you to associate a pipeline.

So all is good... however I would also like to create SmartLists for each one of the stages for the associated pipeline but cannot find anyway to do that.

1. Is it possible to programmatically create smart lists?
2. If yes how? I can't find documentation on it.
