Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I could not find it in the manual or posted here. Perhaps I'm missing it due to the lack of sleep.

Two questions:

1) Is it possible to print my Task list? If so, how?

2) Is it possible to print the Brainstorm view Task list? If so, how?

Hi Rob,

There are several printing options for tasks. The best thing to do is to select the tasks you would like to print out (by highlighting them) and then choose PRINT from the File menu. There are 3 views presented. Have a look and see if they suit your needs. The results are slightly different depending on which view (double/triple pane vs. list or brainstorm) you choose to start from.

Beyond that you could experiment with REPORTS, but that is an advanced subject beyond my own ken.

Two more thoughts: You can create a list view of your tasks with the exact columns you'd like to print showing and then export the list to a spreadsheet. Then you could print from there. That gives you the exact control over which columns of info you will have in the printout.

Also, (though a bit crude), you could take a screen shot of the brainstorm view and print that. Occasionally I'll do things like that as a "cheat".
