I created a new contact on my iPhone and it's not syncing with Daylite. My appointments and syncing from DL to the phone work fine.
Any ideas why this is happening? |

Hi.
There could be several reasons for this. 1. Make sure you put the contact on your iphone into the correct group in the phone. You should have set this up in the Sync prefs in Daylite. I use the Sync with iphone option in combination with a Daylite Group. That way when I want to put a contact from DL into AB I simply drag it into the sync list. It then put the contact into a group in AB called Daylite. If then creating a contact from the iphone I make sure that I place the new contact into the Daylite group. If you don't so this it will stay on the iphone and not move across. 2. Alternatively you can use mobileMe pretty successfully to sync with DL. It goes from DL to AB and then on to MobileMe which in turn pushes it to the iphone. Love it! Hope that helps |
