First post...so go easy
My brain is getting full from all the reading I'm doing for Daylite...so far, I love it. I have a million questions...most I can answer myself with more reading and forum trolling, however...after a little searching can't seem to find the answer to this one. Is there a way to add custom fields to the appointments? I'd like to add a field for beginning and ending mileage that will show up on the report that I've created for daily work. If you can explain fully, point me to the right KB article or shoot me an email that would be great! Thanx, BT |

There are probably a few ways to do this... one way I found helpful, as a consultant, was to create a Project for each appointment for the day.
Each Project had a form attached to it that I created called "Work Order". The work order form contains all the pertinent information including the mileage start and stop just as an FYI when printed out... Again... just my way of doing things. |
