I've created a new print layout for an estimate. It's stored in Home->Library->Application Support->Daylite->Templates.

I can't seem to access this template when I try to print an estimate. It never shows up as an option.

What am I missing?

How are you trying to produce the Estimate?
Because you cannot make an estimate by going to the File -> Print menu items. The template does not appear in that list.
You need to create the estimate from the opportunity in the Estimate section (found below the main data window of the Opportunity.
I apologise in advance if you already knew this but I recall having difficulty finding it myself the first time.

Oh right.
Well you can
1. there is a check box for printing in the Estimate/Preview section. If you tick the box it should print.
2. In Preview you can select the box that says "open in Preview" and then print from there.

3. When you create the estimate it is stored in the Activities panel. It has a red icon with a set-square symbol. You can open this up and print from there.

Does that help? or am I not understanding your problem.

Hi Chris,
You have the Opp open in edit mode (ie you've double clicked it). If you click on it just once within the list of Opps (just to highlight it), then look down below the list of Opps, click the Estimate tab. At the bottom right of the Estimate tab, please click Send Estimate.
