Currently there is no way to formally link notes to a task. Also there is no additional place to log status updates to a task.

What I want is the ability to add a comment that has a date and user namer and a short description. It likes you have to manually add this info free form in the body of the task.

So a couple of questions.

1. Why can't notes be linked to tasks? Seems like such a no-brainer... I want to associate a spec, or report, or email to the task.

2. Is their a logging mechanism for comments on tasks in the works?
