Hello Each,
I am trying to put a database created on one of the laptops in the business onto another laptop. It is not just a case of export, and create a new database. So I was wondering if anyone knew how I can put an existing database onto another machine that has Daylite on there too? |

Hi Jack
You can checkout this knowledge base article http://www.marketcircle.com/kb/idx/0/418/article/ It should do the trick |

Alternatively you might consider setting up a machine in your office (not a laptop) and nominating as the Daylite server.
Then users in your office with laptops simply log into the server database across the network. You can choose the Go Offline option to create a replica of the main database on multiple laptops. You can then regularly synchronise the offline databases to keep the main one updated. Hope this helps. |
