I exported my contacts from Sales Nexus into a .csv file, how do I import them from the csv into Daylite?

In Daylite Help there is a topic entitled:

"Importing tab or comma seperated text data from other sources"

Yes importing csv data is very easy.
In principle if you can view your csv file correctly in excel then you can be sure it can be imported into Daylite.
In Daylite under File menu choose Import Delimted Text Data. You view the csv fields on the left and cross reference these with Daylite fields on the right. You sometimes need to have a couple of attempts to get it exactly right so make sure you save the import profile each time so you don't need to re-do the cross referencing again.
