I would like to have a Smart List under Appointments that lists today's appointments in chronological order. I find this more convenient than using the Calendar mode as the linked items are more easily accessible.
I created a Smart List to show items that have a start date of today. The problem is that recurring calendar items do not show up on this list, so I'm left with an incomplete list. Any suggestions? |

Hello Tim, What do you have your recurring Appointment set at, daily, every other day, etc? Did you try to see if you changed the event to another date range from what you have already to see if it shows up in you Today Smart list? Kevin

Hi Kevin,
I have a number of recurring events. Some are a couple of days a week, some occur weekly, some occur daily. In all cases they only appear in my "Today's Appointments" Smart List if the event is the first instance of the recurring events. Thanks for your message and for any suggstions you have to pass along! Cheers, Tim |

Hello Tim, You are right that the program does not show a list of the daily recurring events in the Appointments List, only that days recurring event. This is really strange because you can see these events in the calendar views. If you have a contact linked to the event you can see the list of these recurring events in their contact view activity list. Quite odd that Market Circle would leave this out of the program? The only "Work Around" I can see is after creating your recurring Appointments to then click on each one and change it to "Only This Occurrence." I know this is time-consuming, but if you can come up with some other way let me know. Kevin
