Hello. I'm wondering if there is anyone out there using Daylite for any type of course/classes/student school administration.
I'm setting up a small education center and would like to have everything in Daylite linked, like students, courses, payment info, teacher's and employees schedules etc.

I'm thinking a Project for each class/course would come to be many projects and they would have to be repeated if they're given again the next month and so on.

This is what I would like to achieve:

1. Student registration as a contact + cumulative/progressive Student ID and someplace to store the students related courses that have been taken/paid/interested in etc. Related documents and certificates too.

2. Teacher's schedules and contact info - without them being necessarily daylite users. + Records of payment (checkbox etc.) availability etc.

3. Courses names, info and their descriptions linked somehow to list students currently taking the course and the teacher imparting it. Also Course calendars somehow.

See I'm trying to have a student sign-up and it be easy to add him to a class or pull up a class and see it's schedule and it's related students - I can't think of any other way then a course be a Project and everyone linked to it. It seems like there would be too many projects over time etc.

If anyone can see it from a different angle I would appreciate it so much if they could give me some tips.
Thanks

Marcelo T.
