I have a major problem right now. We have bought 5 licenses for our 5 computers at work and set up usernames for all staff.
At the moment only one person can login to the database. I have entered all 5 licenses on all computers. I don't understant why it doesn't work? Yesterday 4 of those users were able to connect. Today only one? Please advise! |

Same as here, sometimes, I have to restart every Mac to login in the daylite. Anyone has the solution?

Please try the solutions in the following Knowledge Base article.
http://www.marketcircle.com/kb/idx/0/320/article/ You'll find that in most cases, the "get database info" window which is referred to in the link is the perfect tool to find out which computer is not releasing an extra connection. Also note, if you have a stand alone server hosting the database, Daylite should NOT be running on it. Hope this helps! Amin Rahmani Marketcircle Inc.
