I tried to build a Smartlist where i want to see contacts with "is not" for a certain keyword.
But the list doesn't work, it excludes only contacts which use this keyword as the only one. if the contacts have more than one keyword, the contact is not excluded.
Which makes sense, because with that criteria DL would return all contacts assigned keywords that are not e.g., baseball fan, which includes those with baseball fan as one of the keywords, and not return contacts without keywords or with just baseball fan keyword. I don't know of any way to workaround this without more options for sorting keywords available in smartlists.
I have a keyword as "client". I want to do this also. I want to create a smartlist to list all my contacts that are NOT "client". If they have multiple keywords which they do) and it includes "client" it is included in this smartlist to NOT include "client". Make sense?
I want to do this to verify that I didn't forget to include "client" for some clients/associations that should of included "client".

I consider this a bug (at least from a user perspective) but I understand now. This appears to be an implementation detail and not what an end user would expect.
When I specify: [IS Basketball Fan AND IS NOT Baseball Fan] I want just that all contacts who Have Basketball Fan keyword but not Baseball Fan keyword.
Likewise if I am looking for all contacts that are NOT Baseball Fans I just want the contacts who do not have that keyword.
The point of keywords is to have lots of them to supplement Category since you can only have one Category e.g. category = Professional, keywords = Artist, Author, Scholar.
