We have been using Daylite for over a year and are very frustrated that we are unable to really use Daylite with the iPhone for planning - Tasks, etc.
We're on the verge of quitting Daylite and moving to another system - Omnifocus or somesuch. Is there any indication that there will be a Daylite client for the iPhone? |

Hi Jennifer,
Unfortunately the lack of Tasks on the iPhone has been the fact that the iPhone doesn't have a Tasks section, not that Daylite is not syncing Tasks (it does sync Tasks to iCal, which is where the iPhone would pick them up if it had the ability). The good news is that, since Apple is now allowing applications to be installed on the iPhone, Daylite is coming out with an exciting application for the iPhone called Daylite Touch (www.daylitetouch.com). Since it hasn't been released yet, we don't have the specs on exactly what it will have but I imagine/desperately hope that it will fill the current void of no Tasks on the iPhone. Hope this helps, Cynthia MacBook Pro OS X 10.5/Daylite 3.8 ______________________________________ Daylite Master Partner, Daylite Report Certified www.daylitehelp.com ______________________________________ |

The image on the DayliteTouch website does in fact show a Task button! They better not be teasing us.
Once they have Tasks available I will be complete. (Didn't Darth Vader say that in Star Wars?) |
