In the office we've come across a sync problem, where new and old print layouts for contacts have not transfered between users.
The Main Online Database has a number of contacts layouts when clicking on a contact > rightclick / ctrl+click > Print > Layouts. This list does not appear on other users online nor offline databases, even when Sync'd & refreshed. The sync process is extremely slow for all users as well. Any suggestions to access the print layouts and increasing the sync speed? |

Hello!
Print layouts, reports, and HUDs are not actually part of the database so are not synced via the offline/online sync procedure.
