When syncing with iCal I noticed that it only syncs the appointments which I own. I am running a small business and schedule several technicians for various projects. I would like to have their calendars sync'd so that I have them with me on my iPhone. Has anyone come up with a way to do this, besides just having me attached to every appt.

The only way to accomplish this would be to have you as an attendee to these appointments.
