Are you a Daylite user that creates many Tasks and Appointments by clicking on existing contacts every day? With one mouse click over a Company or Contact Name an event card prompts up with a Title Name: New Appointment For or New Task For along with the name of your contact.

Do you actually used the wording New Appointment For or New Task For to describe your events? Do you find this redundant editing New Tasks For and New Appointments For with every event entry?

Wouldn't you find it better to have the ability to change these Name: prompts (in preferences) to whatever you desire depending on your current entry needs? Maybe, you only prefer to just have the contacts name show when prompted for Tasks and Appointments? The less keystrokes editing the sooner you’re off working on the next appointment or task at hand! thumbsup
