I am in a landscaping business, and I want to use DL to track the amount of time that crews spend working on particular tasks on each project (not the same as an attorney would track his personal time). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Paul
Are you on site with these crews? How many tasks need to be tracked at one time? |

No, I am not on site. The crew will go to a job and install item A and item B. Item A to 4 hrs and item b took 3 hrs.
So, for Monday, on job xyz, for crew 1 4 hours: A 3 hours: B 7 hours @ 300/ per hour for $2100.00 |

You might want to take a look at using Billings. It will allow you to manually enter time-based slips for whatever you want. And you don't need to use that data to bill out with necessarily. It can be useful later for running reports etc as well. Daylite Pros: Your Daylite Certified Partners for Implementation, Training and Support Visit us online at: http://www.daylitepros.com |
