I am a psychologist and keep notes on every appointment. I have always done this a database program (filemaker pro). Since I keep my schedule in DL anyway, I am wondering about the feasibility of using the minutes section of the DL appointment as the repository of these notes. The appointments are always liked to the patient's contact record. It will over time amount to a very big file, and it is crucial that everything stay organized. The confidentiality (password security) of DL would be even more important if the notes are there than if just the appointments and contact information are there. Has anyone done this, or something similar?
