Does Marketcircle have any plans to allow for assigning multiple categories to contacts?

Many (if not most) contacts can fall into multiple categories -- someone may be both a vendor and a referral source, for example.

The trend of being able to assign multiple tags to contacts on web-based applications is clearly established. Highrisehq.com, the 37 Signals product, allows for assigning multiple tags to contacts, and allows for searching based on any combination of tags.

Hello,

In Daylite you can only assign one category to an object. I think what you looking for is the equivalent of keywords in Daylite.

You can have multiple keywords per object, object being a contact, organization, opportunity, etc.

If you are running Daylite version 3.5 more information on keywords can be found in Apple help. Launch Daylite and go the the menu Help -> Daylite Help . Do a search for "keywords".
