I have a question that I haven't seemed to find elsewhere. I am launching a new product and want to roll it out to customers in stages. I have selected the names of people for each week I am releasing. Is there a way to keep them all in on Opportunity with a pipeline selected, and then re-track them as individuals, or do I need to create an opportunity for each person and add them to a pipeline one at a time. I imagine there is a simple way to do this. Presently, I have about 10 names in one opportunity assigned to the pipeline I am running. If one of those people does something that needs them moved to a new stage, is there a way to do that without moving all the people in the Opportunity? When I try it now, it changes everyone's stage. I'm afraid what you are hoping for does not work in Daylite. I have asked for a similar feature many times for tasks. I suggest that you send in an official feature request to Marketcircle.
Ah, Ok. I am used to a program for Windows called Gorilla. It enables you to do Campaigns where you can track and retrack individuals within the larger picture. Was hoping for something like that, but in the mean time I can just make individual opportunities. Thanks for your help!
