On the right of the tasks screen there are some default lists including "tasks" "my tasks" "recent tasks" and some smart lists. I see how to delet the smart lists, how do I delete the other ones? I just want one list "tasks"

Hi Bo,
Those ones with the yellow Marketcircle logo (Tasks, My Tasks, Recent Tasks) are built into the software and cannot be deleted. You will see corresponding ones in other screens (ie Contacts, My Contacts, Recent Contacts etc). You can just ignore them if you don't want them and live in the Tasks as you suggested. Though I actually don't recommend living in the Tasks section since that will show *all* Tasks which will get unwieldy over time particularly if you have multiple users in the database. I would actually recommend making your own smart lists to drill down into the Tasks database (showing perhaps only those undone Tasks due in the next week for instance). Smart lists are fantastic and very powerful timesavers.
