Apologies if this has been asked before.

I have created templates for medical reports in Daylite with merge fields. When I right-click and create a letter for a contact, after I've completed the report, how do I save it as a document in word or any other word processor? I know I can send it as an email, but is there a way to save it? I can't see how.
