When an email arrives it goes via the DMI to Notes. When an email is deleted the corresponding note is not deleted. Is it possible to arrange for this to happen?

I suspect it's technically possible but contrary to the philosophy of Daylite. Emails stored via DMI are meant to be archival reference, rather than mirrors of your email client. This kind of cross-application deletion would also be problematic in a multiuser context.

Thanks for the reply Mike. Point taken about the deletion problems. Its just that some emails are not very important and I just want them out of the way. As a work round, I have created smart lists for current days notes and for last 7 days notes. This allows me to manage my notes rather than let build into a massive list. Some which I want, but many I do not want.
